Teams reimagined, Intrapreneurship & Humancentrism
Take your organization to new heights.
Leading transformational change involves helping the organization transcend its current positioning, performance, and capabilities. This requires visionary thinking, the ability to tackle complex problems (such as overcoming organizational inertia), and the courage to make tough choices for your company and yourself.
Transformational leaders are continually thinking about what their organizations should become, anticipating how employees and customers will react and change.
The improvement of situations anticipation skills and the use of exemplary, agile and collaborative leadership methodologies, develop critical skills necessary for a leadership with authentic influence, towards the transformation of organizations.
Currently, for transformational leadership to develop successfully, three pillars need to be built:
1. Teams Reimagined
2. Intrapreneurial Culture
A substantive and irreversible change in an organization’s identity, value system and capabilities require three difficult acts: developing a deeper sense of purpose that guides strategic decisions and shapes the workplace culture, repositioning the core business and creating new sources of growth.
Maximize team talent through shared leadership
As the global response to the pandemic evolves, communities around the world shift from an era of “everything remote” to a more hybrid model of work, learning and living. And as we all struggle to keep up, the future of work is being shaped in front of our eyes.
1. Which areas employers and employees are not aligned?
2. Which digital work tools are essential for the future of work in your organization?
3. How do leaders place humans at the center of long-term plans for value creation?
The act of behaving like an entrepreneur within a company is what defines an Intrapreneur. This professional analyzes scenarios, uses creativity, selects the best ideas, innovates, always thinking about how to make your organization generate value for customers, employees and other stakeholders.
The importance of the culture of Humanocentrism in the organization is vital to sustaining long-term growth, highlighting the relevance of people-centricity at the heart of the corporation, exploring transformation and technology as an enabler of human relationships.
The best way to apply the concept of human-centrism is to enhance the collective creative intelligence of its employees, stimulating intrapreneurial thinking and action, ensuring that they reinvent themselves, generating impact and transformations in their companies.
Discover how a focus on interaction, inclusion, accessibility, creativity, imagination and shared leadership will empower your team members, improve team dynamics and ensure shared peak performance.
